Coronavirus forced employers into a grand experiment, and it has turned out to be one of the few positive developments to come out of the pandemic.
Upwork’s research echoes other studies that say remote work boosts productivity and saves money for both employers and employees. Upwork says that has convinced employers to “significantly increase plans for remote hiring in the future.”
Remote work may or may not work in the LBM channel. But there is a strong possibility that it will have a measurable impact on housing growth in major vs. secondary metro markets.
