Apparently we’re on the right track. Less than 24 hours after an LBM Executive article on how remote work will affect the housing market was posted, CNN posted about a possible coronavirus-driven exodus from major metros.
“If we can provide another option like remote work, then people can make new, different decisions,” Skylar Olsen, an economist at Zillow, told CNN. “Your job and your home used to be tied together in a way that we’re all learning they might not have to be.”
